Internally, the Lumina Amator has a new crossover design from the Homage series, with a crossover frequency up to 2850 Hz, 250 Hz higher than the Lumina V.

The Sonus Faber Lumina V Amator is an elegant, three-way floorstanding speaker that uses high-quality materials and technologies from Sonus Faber. This speaker offers a wide frequency range and enormous dynamic impact, perfect for universal rooms.
The Sonus Faber Lumina V Amator, like the Lumina V, almost bears an artistic name. Even though the V Amator has had a number of adjustments that take the speaker to a higher level. An important upgrade has been made to the filter of the V Amator. This ensures that the filter has had a crossover upgrade to 2850 Hz, 250 Hz higher than the Lumina V. The sound of the Lumina V Amator can be described as and in great detail. The layer has sufficient foundation and is able to fill somewhat larger living rooms (up to 50m²).
The Sonus Faber Lumina V Amator is available in three color options: high-gloss walnut, high-gloss wenge and high-gloss red/rosewood. This makes the V Amator a stylish addition to many households.
The Sonus Faber Lumina V Amator features a sleek, rectangular shape with a luxurious finish. The front panels are crafted in high-gloss wood with a 45-degree oriented wood grain pattern, available in multiple colors.

The Sonus Faber Lumina V is equipped with a 29mm DAD™ tweeter, a 150mm paper cone midrange, and two 150mm paper cone woofers. The speaker has a sensitivity of 89 dB and a nominal impedance of 4 ohms, offering compatibility with a range of amplifiers, recommended between 50W and 250W. The frequency response ranges from 40 Hz to 24,000 Hz.
