The Celestion 300 is a floorstanding speaker that continues Celestion’s legacy of innovative speaker designs. Featuring a transmission line design, the 300 delivers an extended bass response down to 26 Hz at -6 dB, comparable to the performance of compact subwoofers. The cabinet has an internal volume of 47 liters, significantly larger than earlier models such as the SL6S, 600, and 700.

Equipped with a 32 mm aluminum dome tweeter and a 165 mm cone woofer, the speaker produces a clear, open, and airy sound with exceptional spatial precision. The crossover is set at 2.2 kHz using a 2nd-order electrical network with characteristics matching a 3rd-order Butterworth design, ensuring a smooth transition between drivers.
