The Symphony 12 is built on a low-resonance MDF base, finished with luxurious wood veneers for a classic yet sophisticated look. It features an ultra-quiet AC synchronous motor powered by the external Auris EON PSU, ensuring stable rotation speeds at 33⅓ and 45 RPM.
A cast aluminum platter with a rubber mat provides smooth, silent operation. The bearing system consists of a bronze housing, a polished steel spindle, and ceramic ball bearings for minimal friction and maximum durability.
At the heart of this turntable is the 12-inch W-12a tonearm, fully CNC-machined from aluminum and fitted with a carbon fiber armtube. It offers full adjustability for VTA, azimuth, and anti-skating—allowing for precise tracking and optimal sonic performance. High-grade internal wiring and a Cardas DIN 5 connector ensure clean signal transmission from cartridge to preamp.
