Product description
The DC Block addresses two common issues found in the power supply of hi-fi systems. First, it eliminates small amounts of DC voltage on the mains—sometimes as little as 500 mV—which can cause toroidal transformers in amplifiers to saturate, leading to reduced efficiency and audible hum or distortion.

Second, the unit incorporates audio-grade filtering to suppress both differential and common-mode noise generated by modern electronic devices such as computers, WiFi routers, and Bluetooth equipment. These measures result in lower noise levels, improved dynamics, greater clarity, and a more relaxed and natural sound.

Installation is simple: the DC Block is placed between the wall outlet and the audio component (ideally the integrated or power amplifier) and requires no complex wiring or setup.
